Christmas in a Box is a special Advent ministry through which the parishioners of St. Patrick Parish and the students of St. Patrick School act as anonymous "Santa Clauses" to struggling families and individuals. We provide donations to local Chatham families as well as for the the Father English Center and our sister parish, Our Lady of Victories, in Paterson.  We gather gift items that would make holiday celebrations complete including store gift cards, toys, clothing, food gift cards, treats and decorations. The most important thing that goes into each Christmas in a Box cannot be seen - the spirit of Christmas. When boxes are filled with beautiful gifts intended for complete strangers, they are also being filled with powerful messages of love, care, and hope for the families and individuals that receive them.

Unable to shop or would like to make a monetary donation to be used where needed? You can make a donation to Chritmas in a Box by credit card or ACH below. To make a donation with a check, please drop it off or mail it to the parish office at 41 Oliver Street, Chatham, NJ  07928.  If making a monetary donation or requesting we shop for you, please do NOT sign up for a child, senior, veteran, or family on the Sign-Up Genius.
